Happy customers make a happier world! We want you to be happy. With the exception of Sale items, If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may receive store credit for the cost of the beads by returning your purchase within 3 months (90 days) of your purchase date (in its original, unaltered condition) to One Good Bead, P.O. Box 1024, Merrimack, NH 03054-1024. Sorry, cut chain is not refundable or exchangeable. A store credit will be issued within 48 hours (excluding weekends) of receipt of your item(s). Unfortunately, shipping costs can not be refunded. Packages which are Lost In Shipping or Arrived Damaged will be replaced and reshipped or refunded. Items damaged during shipping must be returned prior to being replaced. Please note: if the damaged or 'Lost in Shipping' item is back ordered, there may be a 2 weeks wait period prior to shipping out replacements. If the damaged or lost item is out of stock, a refund will be issued. For items 'Lost in Shipping', please allow 15 business days from the original ship date prior to submitting a request for re-shipment. Please note, there are NO returns on sale items, or on discounted items purchased during any sale period. Please note that we retain the right to limit excessive returns (i.e. if you return items from the same order 5 or 6 times... well that's a bit excessive) that are not a result of damaged or incorrect orders. All items shipped within the continental United States are shipped at a flat rate of $2.99 (or otherwise posted) via United States Postal Service. Orders to Canada are shipped at a flat rate of $8.99. All orders to the U.S. over $50.00 ship free. PLEASE NOTE: WE CAN NOT SHIP KAZURI BEADS TO CANADA.
Most order will be shipped out within 2-3 business days, however, it could be as long as 5 to 8 business days due to bead show traveling. To be on the safe side, please allow 3 to 8 business days to complete, process and shipped your order, and an additional 3 to 5 days for it to arrive at your door. (It will probably be a lot sooner than that - - but to be on the safe side, we tell you it's longer) You will receive an e-mail when your order has been shipped.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: Currently, we ship only to the USA and Canada. Please note: We can not ship Kazuri Beads outside of the United States.
